  • You are the meat and potatoes of your fighting force. You get work done. You take orders and follow them through. If you have no orders you will find the enemy and destroy them.

  • Not only are you holding the most powerful weapon on the battlefield, but you are the most valuable person in the squad. You are the primary safety line back to command. You are to relay all communications from command to your squad leader and from your squad leader to command. You are already familiar with radio voice procedure.

  • You are the geardo with a support weapon. You enjoy carrying supplies. You understand squad movement better than most. You live to cover your squad during movement while engaging.

    Engagement Limit: Minimum 50 ft.

  • You are the fastest. You know that staying low means kiss the dirt. You are able to work quickly in a fire fight without drawing attention.
    Primary Weapon: Semi-Automatic Airsoft Rifle.

  • Every complex objective requires you to be present and alive. Your value in combat is EOD and anti-tank warfare. You probably played with matches as a kid.

    Energy Limit: 400 FPS with 0.2g weighted bb.

  • You may not be prone in a gillie suit for hours, but there is no excuse for a miss. You are patient and can estimate distances quickly.
    Primary Weapon: Bolt-action or Semi-Automatic only sniper Airsoft rifle.
    Energy Limit: 450 FPS with 0.2g weighted bb.
    Engagement Limit: Minimum 50 ft.

  • Your strong suit is range estimation and you will be tested on it. You know what mil-dot is and how to use it. You do not work alone.

What kind of game is in the IRONMAN SERIES? This is a ruck, on ruck out game you will sleep in the field or tap out and head back to your car this will test you skills and your endurance. You will fight out of your ruck for 18 hours.

No dinner breaks or breakfast breaks, eat on the run or squad rest
Normal JTAC game rules apply
Full seal goggles will be worn at all times even when you sleep
There will be kit requirements and restrictions
Normal objective style game with the JTAC Rule set applied but paced out in a 18hr period so expect patrolling
16 years or older game 13-15 with parent
Player cap of 80 players 40 for each faction

Build defences. (fill sand bags use natural cover to build defences)

Concept-
A stepping stone to bigger and longer full immersion ops- We want to increase the level of milsim immersion by challenging the local player base’s skill set and comfort level so they can become prepared for 24-36 hour events.

Plot line-
2 opposition faction patrols make contact in the evening , with darkness settling, and command, comm, and logistical issues, it becomes apparent that you will not be making it back to the FOB tonight and will have to and hold out till morning before extract.

Expectations-
You are expected to pack all supplies needed to sustain 18 hours of immersive game play. You will ruck in a short way to where you will set up a command post and defensive potions. Expect to do some fighting in your ruck You will NOT be setting up a camp to sleep for the night- but may have a chance to get a little rest such as taking a nap while rotating watch as your squad manning a LP, or holding a point. As such it is suggested you pack some gear… bivy sack, woobie, sleeping bag, poncho or mil colored tarp etc for warmth and comfort

Safety net
The expectation is you DON’T go back to the cars , however we know it's going to happen You may tap out and go AWOL to the parking lot at any time, Ring the bell at your command post 3 times and loudly announce to all you’re a quitter Its OC so it's not far, you will be allowed re entry to the game and serve a time pentaily at your CP upon return Why? We want people to push their limits on minimal gear and gain knowledge and skills as we progress towards longer full immersion ops. But we don’t want someone to have a ruined game because a gun or something broke, fogged, didn’t work as though, or they packed poorly etc. We understand this new to most of our player base and we are keeping the training wheels on for this event

A. Yes. we are expecting players to participate using a tracer unit for this event so don't leave home without it
Q. How much will it be?
A. Tickets will be a $40. $50 day of game Walk on Registration closes 7-14-17 At Midnight
Q. Why is the ticket price higher than other local events?
A. Here at JTAC Airsoft we don't only bring you a game, we bring you an experience that you normally don't get at a local OP. We will be using smoke effect,blank firing weapons, load sound effects like
explosions, special missions just for your squad ,our travel time. ( we are based out of Colorado), expect prop and vehicles. This is not just a respawn game this is a squad heavy objective based game.
Q. What kind of event will this be?
A. This event could be described as a milsim event. Players should expect continued operations (no going to the cars during the OP), pre-planning, Multiple missions, a medium paced operational tempo,
continuous objectives, game props, and on site camping. All participants are expected to carry all the equipment, food, and water needed to sustain themselves during the event to their FOB and or home camp site.
Q. Can we roleplay? Like yelling in pain when we get hit?
A. Players encouraged to roleplay in some form with objectives and opposing forces. Additionally, participants are encouraged to act out ‘deaths’ after calling hit. The player can simply stop, call hit, and
lay on the ground, or play it out however dramatic they’d like.
Q. How will medic rules work?
A. Roleplaying Encourage)When a player is hit they may vocally or via radio call for a medic that will attempt to revive them.(roleplaying encouraged) act injured, yell, scream call for your mother!! until
the medic arrives Once a player is hit they must sit, kneel, or lie down, a medic must heal a player (“no man left behind”)squad and or teammate must fight to get their man healed and back into the squad
MEDIC RULES
All Players must supply 1 ace wrap bandages to keep on self. Each squad will be assigned only one medic. (Subject to change with various Teams and Squads Medics will be provided the following kit: 1
Syringe,1 Hemostat. To Medic a dead player back into the game you have to:
1. Place hemostats on arm (clamps).
1a. Medic Must pull out ace bandage from your teammates marked ifak or medical pouch
2. Wrap arm with bandage (wrap and tuck under wrap. No knot tying)
3. Inject medication (with provided empty syringe)
4. Remove hemostat
5. Leave bandage on until resupplied/retasked at medical resupply point or by your CO. No individual respawns are permitted.

TOURNIQUETS (player heals other player)
For your first operation they will be issued from JTAC staff
1 TOURNIQUET PER PLAYER
NO SELF HEALING/ BUDDY OR MEDIC HEAL ONLY
MEDIC CAN BE HEALED WITH TOURNIQUET from another player
TOURNIQUET SHOULD BE PLACED IN A IFAK OR MARKED MEDIC POUCH(RED CROSS) both must be marked with a medical Cross
THEY CAN BE REUSED AFTER YOU HAVE SPAWNED AT A MASH POINT





Q. How will respawns work?
A. MASH UNITS( Missions and Operations)(respawn) Once your squad is wiped out and out of bandages you must travel together to a MASH unit to respawn and resupply bandages Each team has at least one preset
MASH unit and one they carry in the field to place where they choose. Your hard spawn (base camp) also is usable as a respawn/resupply point. Once your squad has reached the MASH unit you take off any used
bandages, hand in bandages to your Medic and are then considered back in play.
MASH units are capturable (depending on the event). There are green and tan
flags attached to the MASH units. Hard Spawn/Base Camps are not capturable
Q. How will medics work?

A. NO
Q. Will this be a continuous non-stop event?
A. YES/ This particular event will be a Non stop 18hr game, July 15th-16th h Game Briefing at 5pm ruck out to FOB at 6pm. You will stay in the AO till 12pm the next day July 16th
Q. Can we build fires?
A. Camping fires will not be allowed
Q. When does the event start?
A. Sign-in will be open Sat. July 15th starting at 2pm and ending at 5pm Don't be late!.

Q. Can I go back to my car mid-game?
A. Yes . But you are expected to stay in the field at all times. This is a IronMan Series. Push yourself
Q. Can I wait till the last moment to pay?
A. No. Once registration closes additional participants will not be allowed into the event unless otherwise approved by JTAC AIRSOFT staff.
Q. When does registration close?
A. Registration will close 7-14-17 At Midnight
Q. If I am unable to attend can I get a refund?
A. No. However, you Transfer to another player by 7-14-17
Q. Can I sell my ticket? What is the deadline to sell/transfer my ticket?
A. Yes. All ticket transfers should be brought to JTAC staff attention by both the buyer and seller. Ticket sales should also be done before 7-14-17 At Midnight

A. There is no real team name for this event but a colored faction
